Registered Teams

If you are part of an registered team that has an existing account with inqaba biotec, please contact your project administrator to create a sub-account.

More Information About Our Online Account

Simply register once for an account to login. This account may be used for all your future oligo- and sequencing orders. Your account will not only expedite ordering, but we also provide a management tool to help you keep track of your orders. You need to register your account by following the registration wizard when placing your first order.

Types of Accounts

Four types of accounts are available:

  1. Main Account for Project Controllers
    Group leaders (or authorised administrators) open an account and may add sub accounts for group members. The account holder has all rights on the main and sub accounts including opening and closing of sub accounts, product ordering, order tracking, allocation of costs to internal ordering or project numbers.
  2. Account for Designated Project Controller
    The main account holder may nominate a deputy that has the same rights as the group leader on the account.
  3. Sub-Account for Standard Users
    Researchers use their personal sub-account to order oligos and sequences. By default an E-mail will inform the main account holder about orders.
  4. Sub-Accounts for Administrators
    A sub-account for administration provides the administration with the right to view all ordering transactions and cost allocations on internal ordering or project numbers.

Credit Limit

By opening an account you have an initial credit limit of ZAR 2000. The main account holder may increase the credit limit instantly by agreeing to our Terms and Conditions and faxing the completed Credit Limit Form to us.

Quote/Price

Our standard product prices can be accessed on our homepage for the respective product. Furthermore, prices will be calculated directly during the on-line quoting process for each particular oligonucleotide.

Authorisation

The group leader/main account holder may request to be informed by an e-mail about your orders in the account settings.

Delivery

Only oligos passing our quality check will be delivered. We offer an express service with nation-wide delivery within 2 days via over-night couriser for ZAR 30. Delivery within Pretoria by courier is ZAR 20. Product may also be collected directly from inqaba biotec.
